The lady checking us in was friendly, there was an error in booking and she corrected it with no issues. There were some pans to use in the kitchenette and they were prompt in fixing the television.

I was never at this hotel I did not check in it was not made by me and I'm not happy they took the money anyways and I called the hotel way ahead to tell him that was not me to did the booking and not to take my money it would not be checking in cuz I was already checked into another hotel

Could have picked the door lock with a butter knife, there was no dead bolt or lock and chain..the room was smoky, mouse poop under the mattress cover, no toilet paper or amenities to speak of, not even a garbage can. We were woken up throughout the night from people doing drugs on the patio directly outside of our room. Overall didn’t feel safe staying here and couldn’t sleep considering the cost of the stay. Have stayed at so many motels and this was the worst.
